- Experience in evaluating/managing capital investment projects
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
- High level of business orientation
- Convincing leadership personality
- Excellent communication skills

Aufgaben
- Partner with global Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D units
- Drive financial performance and support strategic decisions
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for Manufacturing & R&D
- Lead long-term financial planning for Manufacturing & R&D
- Lead CapEx project evaluation, governance, and steering
- Conduct feasibility studies for CapEx projects
- Develop business cases for CapEx projects
- Prioritize CapEx investments
- Monitor manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory, and COGS
- Lead continuous optimization initiatives
- Conduct financial evaluations for strategic initiatives
- Evaluate site strategies and capacity expansions
- Assess footprint changes and make-or-buy decisions
- Maintain internal controls and governance standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Manufacturing & R&D finance
- Lead, develop, and mentor an international finance team
- Foster team collaboration
- Promote growth and a high-performance culture
