Anforderungen

  • •10+ years in derivatives, structured products, market making, or investment-banking-style roles
  • •Proven ability to design and underwrite complex financial structures
  • •Deep understanding of tokenomics, market microstructure, and protocol treasury behavior
  • •Strong analytical and financial-modeling background
  • •Strategic mindset with ability to form directional market views
  • •Experience managing or mentoring teams
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills

  • •Architect custom liquidity and derivative structures for token launches
  • •Translate client objectives into executable financial products
  • •Model deal economics and stress scenarios with risk accountability
  • •Lead underwriting analyses on volatility and liquidity sourcing
  • •Build pricing frameworks in collaboration with Trading and Risk teams
  • •Evaluate live structures and post-trade performance for future refinements
  • •Educate and align sales and trading teams on new deal structures
  • •Ensure clarity and accelerate review cycles with Legal and Compliance
  • •Communicate new products and transaction frameworks to improve execution speed
  • •Support Product and Engineering in designing new liquidity offerings
  • •Create internal playbooks and documentation templates for standardization
  • •Serve as a senior counterpart for clients seeking custom liquidity solutions
  • •Advise clients on treasury optimization and risk management
  • •Maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners and investors
  • •Run scenario analyses and stress tests to challenge assumptions
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering on new financial products
  • •Align pricing and liquidity frameworks with Trading and Risk teams
  • •Contribute to the evolution of commercial governance and documentation
