  • •Ensure sub-millisecond latency and near-perfect uptime
  • •Balance performance goals with risk management and compliance
  • •Translate quantitative needs into actionable roadmaps
  • •Develop valuable systems considering business, trading, and engineering input
  • •Lead design and improvement of low-latency trading systems
  • •Achieve and maintain 99.99% uptime for trading systems
  • •Shape product activities to enhance commercial impact
  • •Lead ongoing trading enhancements and risk monitoring tool development
  • •Communicate and manage the product roadmap effectively
  • •Oversee stress-testing of trading systems
  • •Integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the roadmap
  • •Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges
  • •Scan the competitive landscape for strategic opportunities
  • •Act as a communication hub between traders, quants, and engineers
