Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in DevOps/Platform/Systems Engineer role
- Comfortable with web servers (Nginx)
- Comfortable with relational databases (MySQL, replication, tuning)
- Comfortable with Linux (Amazon Linux/CentOS/RedHat)
- Knowledge and experience with Docker containerization
- Knowledge and experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or AWS ECS)
- Worked with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudfront or OpenSearch)
- Worked with Terraform
- Ability to create infrastructure as code
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Implemented automated build and deployment processes
- Knowledge of Puppet configuration management (Bonus)
- Cross-functional work with Developer Support
- Cross-functional work with Deployment Support
- IT generalist comfortable shaping role
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools
- Experience applying SRE principles (SLOs, error budgets)
- Worked with incident management processes
- Conducted postmortems and drove improvements
- Solid understanding of cloud security practices
- Solid understanding of DevOps security practices
- Understanding of IAM, data protection, secrets management
- Understanding of compliance considerations (ISO, GDPR)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, distributed team
- Fluent English

Aufgaben
- Ensure system infrastructure maintenance and improvement
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues
- Document relevant processes
- Serve as primary technical contact for Europe and US teams
- Develop and maintain monitoring and observability framework
- Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure
- Own and evolve incident management processes
- Manage and optimize web servers, databases, and Linux systems
- Utilize Docker for containerization
- Manage orchestration tools for smooth deployment and scalability
- Work with AWS services for scalable, secure solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Security teams
- Implement and maintain security best practices
- Ensure compliance with security standards
- Foster a strong DevSecOps culture
