- Understanding of Datadog and observability tools
- Experience executing infrastructure or database upgrades
- Excellent communication skills

Aufgaben
- Design and build cloud infrastructure foundations
- Own infrastructure across development and production environments
- Develop an infrastructure roadmap aligned with growth
- Support the transition to service-oriented architecture
- Execute database upgrades with minimal downtime
- Enforce security-first engineering and access controls
- Manage secrets and protect production systems
- Implement dependency audits and security scans
- Mitigate infrastructure-level risks with engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with health data regulations
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed and cost
- Improve developer feedback loops and experience
- Enhance system monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Define service-level indicators and business-impact alerts
- Support incident response and post-incident reviews
- Document infrastructure processes and best practices
- Advise leadership on speed and reliability trade-offs
