- Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, etc.)
- Proven experience in Linux systems knowledge and command-line proficiency (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm
- Knowledge of modern build systems and source control workflows (CMake, Bazel, Gradle, Git)
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
- Strong passion for improving developer productivity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
