- Experience in operating production-grade software stacks in the cloud
- Experience working with scripting languages to automate routine tasks
- Experience with performance and log analysis
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with strong information technology focus
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience with operating a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution in production
- Knowledge of the AWS Well Architected Framework, mainly Operational Excellence, Security and Reliability pillars
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with 3rd party SIM and monitoring solutions (Datadog, Splunk, Sumo Logic)
- Good understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
Aufgaben
- Own the operation and improvement of the AWS-based production environment
- Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance
- Design and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and operate robust CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives for improved efficiency
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and incident response processes
- Develop operational, security, and reliability runbooks
- Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes meet RTO/RPO objectives
- Support ongoing ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2 compliance efforts
- Act as a partner to development teams for operational support
