Anforderungen
- 5+ years (B.S.), 3+ years (M.S.), or 1+ year (Ph.D.) in Data Science role
- Strong foundation in Probability, Inferential Statistics, Linear Algebra, Experimental Design
- Expert proficiency in pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI
- Experience querying and manipulating TB-scale datasets using SQL
- Experience deploying and monitoring models within AWS or similar cloud environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative empirical science field or equivalent practical experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, research-driven approach to solving complex challenges
- Experience with dbt and modern data stack orchestration

Aufgaben
- Transform massive datasets into intelligence
- Collaborate with ML Engineers and Product owners
- Integrate advanced analytics into advertising platform
- Design, train, and deploy ML models at scale
- Focus on location intelligence and audience attributes
- Partner with Data/ML Engineers for model robustness
- Ensure models are monitored and integrated
- Lead research initiatives with LLMs
- Conduct research with classical ML modeling
- Solve complex spatial problems
- Conduct rigorous EDA and experiment design
- Ensure data quality
- Provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Stay at the forefront of spatial data science
