Anforderungen
- 5+ years data engineering, backend engineering, or data platform engineering
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on Python development, deployment, and operation
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Proven experience building and operating scalable data pipelines and distributed data processing workflows
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, data lakes, and cloud platforms
- Experience with relational databases and modern data storage concepts
- Good understanding of backend application design, APIs, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, and modern SDLC/DevOps tooling
- Ability to contribute to technical design and collaborate across teams
- Exposure to AI/GenAI/ML-enabled solutions is an advantage
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or investment data is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Agile mindset, collaborative working style, and high ownership
