Anforderungen
- BA/BS in a relevant subject
- Around 5 years in a client-facing role within CSM, professional services, or technical consulting
- Effective customer-facing communication skills
- Track record of successful engagement across corporate functions
- Management of Enterprise, Strategic customers
- Ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels
- Strong entrepreneurial skills in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions with enthusiasm for technology
- Experience using SFDC, Gainsight and other CS Technology applications
- Ambitious and initiative-taking in a high-growth company
- Willingness to travel (Estimated 10%)

- Deliver proactive communication and manage escalations
- Align customer roadmaps with product roadmaps

- Understand customer industries and Trust management strategies
- Deliver business reviews to executive teams
- Utilize adoption metrics to share best practices
- Manage account portfolio to balance retention and growth
- Identify training and expansion opportunities
- Communicate ROI to ensure maximum value from investments
