- Strong network to potential bond issuers for project sourcing in renewable energy space is a strong plus
- Track record of taking ownership and initiative for a product
- Developing processes around a product
- Highly proficient in financial modeling and corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience leveraging data tools to analyze large datasets is a significant plus
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Ability to confidently dissect complex financial statements
- Ability to distill qualitative business risks into clear investment arguments
- Graduate of at least a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a STEM subject
- Actively pursuing a postgraduate finance designation (e.g., CFA, CAIA)
- Strong communicator
- Full proficiency in English
- Fluency in German is a strong plus
- Knowledge of French is a plus
Aufgaben
- Perform deep fundamental credit analysis on new impact project bonds
- Analyse capital structures, debt documentation, and legal frameworks
- Evaluate financial covenants, security packages, and intercreditor dynamics
- Monitor the financial health of the existing bond portfolio
- Track interim results, key credit metrics, and industry trends
- Identify potential credit migration or flags early
- Prepare high-quality credit memorandums
- Present investment theses and risk assessments to the Investment Committee
