- Support digital, data, and privacy agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Legal, Sales, Services, and Finance teams
- Maintain positive relationships with external customers
- Coordinate internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage Intuitive Surgical's contract databases
- Generate and distribute contract status and revenue reports
- Set objectives for business support projects
- Plan and assign tasks for projects
- Develop timelines for project completion
- Train team members on project tasks
- Analyze business process needs and requests
- Recommend solutions using system standards and best practices
- Lead initiatives for business process improvement
- Develop and update contract templates
