Anforderungen
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years in safeguarding functions
- Relevant business experience in ERM, Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
- Alternatively, relevant business experience in Business continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Incident or Crisis coordination, or other resilience relevant areas
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing or implementing mitigation solutions preferred
- Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques mandatory
- Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation desired
- Experience managing internal or external clients (consulting) and client focus desired
- Great communication skills for broad audiences and seniority levels in international settings
- Excellent command in English for presentations and reports
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking capacity
- PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions) required
- Experience in other GRC tools preferred
- English working language
- German language skills desired and a plus
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) highly welcomed
