- English proficiency
- Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Expertise in AI frameworks
- Experience with AI-powered project management tools
- Experience with machine learning platforms
- Experience with data analytics solutions
- Ability to leverage AI tools in project management tasks
- Experience in consulting clients on AI adoption strategies
- Experience integrating AI into business processes
- Experience in project management, change management, business transformation, or initiative development and rollout
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to work in high-demanding environments
- Resilience, adaptability, and proactive approach
- Genuine interest in Information Technology (IT)
- Affinity for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
- International experience (desirable)
- German or other languages (desirable)

- Develop strategic proposals
- Support business development under manager guidance
- Assist with client pitches under manager guidance
- Support existing clients
- Ensure efficient key account management
- Coach junior project team members
- Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies
- Continuously improve consulting capabilities
- Maintain a competitive industry edge
- Increase expertise in strategic development areas
