- Review fund marketing and brand promotional materials
- Review German language marketing content
- Provide daily advice to EMEA sales and marketing teams
- Advise on EMEA marketing content and distribution requirements
- Provide backup support to US and APAC marketing teams
- Develop and maintain marketing guidelines, Q&As, and checklists
- Develop and maintain country-specific marketing memos
- Monitor and test marketing materials
- Identify, assess, and communicate financial promotion regulations
- Identify, assess, and communicate fund marketing and distribution regulations
- Develop and deliver in-person compliance training
- Develop and deliver online compliance training modules
- Provide compliance support to WME and its branches
- Handle regulatory filings for WME
- Manage regulatory audits and inspections for WME
