- Deploy and promote Brand retail digital signage CMS
- Implement object recognition and other Brand retail technologies
- Translate business requirements into functional designs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Centralize and manage end-user technology requests
- Define and review test scenarios and templates
- Ensure consumer satisfaction with technological solutions
- Support technology delivery and streamline business processes
- Ensure technological consistency and data availability
- Facilitate smooth transition from legacy to updated tech stack
- Contribute to the technological knowledge base
- Extend stakeholder awareness through toolboxes and dashboards
- Organize info sessions on Brand retail tech capabilities
- Promote best practices and guidelines
