- Develop and articulate long-term brand visions and strategies
- Confident in stakeholder and leadership settings
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in brand or strategy context
- Curious, forward-thinking mindset towards AI and emerging brand technologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Collaborative, generous, and proactive working style
- Diverse backgrounds welcome, even if not meeting every requirement

- Evolve brand strategy and positioning
- Develop brand architecture and messaging framework
- Embed brand thinking across the organization
- Coordinate brand agency relationship
- Define global brand expansion roadmap
- Own and evolve brand measurement strategy
- Lead brand strategy workshops and alignment sessions
- Translate brand strategy into clear creative briefs
- Contribute to brand governance
- Act as strategic anchor for the Brand team
- Guide and support employer branding strategy
