- Sharp eye for detail and quality
- Strong team player creating clarity and transparency
- Familiarity with design tools and brand asset management systems
- Fluent English
- German language skills are a plus
- Diverse backgrounds welcome
Aufgaben
- Coordinate brand design requests with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners
- Plan and manage the Brand Design team's workload
- Ensure balanced workload distribution among senior designers, lead roles, and external support
- Clarify requirements and define scopes for brand design briefs
- Establish clear priorities before executing design tasks
- Translate business and brand needs into design frameworks and priorities
- Support the development of MOIA's brand identity
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand application across all channels
- Create and maintain brand design assets, libraries, guidelines, and mandatories
- Keep brand design assets accessible and up to date
- Develop brand design processes, tools, and workflows
- Increase efficiency, clarity, and creative quality in brand design
- Lead collaboration with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
- Manage the entire process from briefing to delivery
