Anforderungen

• •BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• •5+ years professional software-engineering experience
• •Experience in integrating with LLMs
• •Success delivering AI-powered features at scale
• •Fluency in Python or strongly-typed language
• •Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and containerisation
• •Hands-on experience with MLOps
• •Strong data intuition
• •Product mindset and empathy for end-users
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

Aufgaben

• •Implement new AI features with high-quality coding standards and automated test coverage
• •Solve engineering challenges related to data collection, retrieval, evaluation, and inference at scale
• •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI components to ensure safe, repeatable deployments
• •Instrument robust online and offline evaluation metrics and dashboards to monitor production quality
• •Propose new product capabilities or improvements based on user data and technology advances
• •Stay current with the evolving AI engineering ecosystem and share knowledge with the Nexthink community
• •Mentor junior engineers on best practices for shipping and operating AI features in production
• •Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders such as product managers and UX designers
