- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP
- Experience with advanced chatbots or autonomous agents
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments and containerization
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices
- Interest in pushing AI boundaries and mentoring

- Execute end-to-end data science projects iteratively
- Assess system changes through statistically sound evaluation
