- Experience with complex document analysis
- Experience building AI-based applications using LLM APIs and self-hosted models
- Familiarity with AI agents and deep-search techniques
- Experience with multimodal embeddings and vector-based retrieval systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience evaluating LLM applications for accuracy, performance, and business impact
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects
- Experience presenting technical work to non-technical stakeholders and executives
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining production ML systems in Python
- Experience with at least one cloud platform
- Familiarity with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Mongo Atlas or similar systems
- Fluent spoken and written English
Aufgaben
- Design and implement AI systems for complex document analysis
- Extract named entities, relationships, and references from regulatory documents
- Implement customer-facing agentic AI features using Certivity's regulatory dataset
- Collaborate with regulatory experts to address domain-specific challenges
- Create AI solutions based on regulatory taxonomies
- Build LLM-based products for generating structured engineering documents
- Present technical work and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Take end-to-end ownership of key projects and deliver impactful solutions
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth
