- Strong proficiency in Python and Azure, with experience in AI frameworks and libraries
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code
- Leadership experience, either technical or disciplinary
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenging customer issues
- Fluency in English and strong reading comprehension in German (B2 level or higher)
