Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or similar with strong quantitative profile
- Proficiency in public cloud technologies for AI deployment architectures (Google Cloud experience necessary)
- Knowledge of MLOps, data connections, APIs, databases, security and access concepts
- Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs or agentic AI in production
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic AI frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph) or comparable
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (clean architecture, testing, versioning, documentation, maintainable code)
- Strong Python engineering skills for backend services, APIs, databases, cloud-native components
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Proactive, self-steering attitude and strong analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Capability to navigate and deliver in dynamic and regulated enterprise environments
- Passion for innovation and feel for sustainable solutions
- Fluent written and spoken English, basic German skills
