Anforderungen
- •In-industry enterprise software sales experience
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and resilience
- •Working knowledge of CRM systems
- •Commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting
- •Willingness to appreciate the sales process
- •Track record of meeting and over-achieving quota
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- •Comfort working in a matrix-rich organization

Aufgaben
- •Execute strong sales strategies
- •Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for targeted industries
- •Create and maintain a Territory Plan for assigned verticals
- •Prepare Account Plans with deal action cards and mutual closing plans
- •Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- •Collaborate with partners to enhance account penetration and create joint sales strategies
- •Achieve annual sales targets and meet quarterly budget goals
- •Engage in pipeline building and demand generation to ensure 3x pipeline coverage
- •Build a strong internal network by liaising with Sales leadership and Global teams
- •Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure account hygiene
