Anforderungen

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar subject
  • Experience in key tasks in the global automotive industry
  • Knowledge of contract law and pricing policy
  • Structured and team-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and diplomatic moderation skills
  • Fluency in English for collaboration

Aufgaben

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation
  • Engage with senior decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Develop tailored account plans aligning customer needs with company goals
  • Proactively develop customer accounts
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational or quality issues
  • Lead negotiations with customers
  • Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on wholesalers and strategic aftermarket players
  • Understand customer needs and market environment for tailored quotations
  • Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements and market specifications
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Category Management, Logistics, and Purchasing departments
  • Provide structured, timely, and accurate sales reports to the Head of Sales
  • Monitor and report KPIs and market feedback
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal sales processes
  • Support the preparation of sales-related documents and templates
  • Monitor aftermarket trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
