Account Manager Eastern Europe(m/w/x)
Managing and expanding automotive aftermarket spare parts sales in Eastern Europe. International sales experience with technically complex products required. Individual development support, seminar participation.
Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration or commercial training with further qualifications
- Proven professional experience in sales/account management, ideally with technically complex products
- Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket and international business
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Very good written and spoken English
- German language skills are a plus
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Undertake regular travel
Aufgaben
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships
- Establish new partnerships with assigned customers
- Provide regional and national support to IKAMs
- Negotiate and conclude customer agreements
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships
- Acquire new customers on-site
- Update CRM and customer master data
- Prepare travel reports
- Manage price and contract negotiations
- Organize annual customer meetings
- Analyze market developments and customer needs
- Analyze product performance and competitive activities
- Implement actions with product management, marketing, and pricing
- Participate in customer events and trade fairs
- Attend training sessions and presentations
- Support local translations
- Conduct ongoing market observation
- Share market insights internally
- Travel regularly for the role
