Anforderungen
- PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar discipline with strong grounding in semiconductor device physics
- Multiple years of experience in semiconductor R&D, including leadership responsibility
- Extensive hands-on experience in power semiconductor devices (e.g. IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors) or power semiconductor applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in complex R&D environment
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
- Passion for people leadership, innovation, and enabling others to succeed
Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor R&D engineers
- Own full development cycle of bipolar devices
- Define and execute R&D strategies
- Drive research on materials and device architectures
- Collaborate with process engineering and product management
- Track emerging technologies and market trends
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations
- Manage projects, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain quality standards
