- Drive innovation by implementing novel design architectures
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to mass production
- Define technical specifications and conduct design reviews
- Establish best practices for design methodologies and quality assurance
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and high performance
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Collaborate with manufacturing units and quality assurance teams
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to management
