- Design, engineer, validate, and optimize cellular models for drug discovery.
- Apply cell engineering approaches, including CRISPR/Cas, vector design, and reporter systems, to build assay systems.
- Translate cellular models into screening-compatible workflows.
- Partner with therapeutic, automation, data analysis, and chemistry teams to interpret, present, and support project decisions.
- Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
