Anforderungen
- •MSc or PhD in Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field
- •3–5+ years of experience in educational content or technical training
- •Basic proficiency in data analysis using Python and data science libraries
- •Familiarity with AI-guided protein design methods
- •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learning experiences
- •Experience designing curricula or training programs with measurable outcomes
- •Excellent visual and written communication skills
- •Comfort with learning management systems and video production tools
- •Self-directed work style and strong organizational skills
- •Prior teaching or scientific training experience (Desirable)
- •Background in instructional design principles and adult learning theory (Desirable)
- •Experience building developer education programs or technical academies (Desirable)
- •Familiarity with protein design, directed evolution, or AI/ML in drug discovery (Desirable)
- •Experience producing professional video content and screencasts (Desirable)
- •Knowledge of modern e-learning platforms and content management systems (Desirable)
