Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Systems, or Business Engineering
- 12–15 years of relevant professional experience
- 4–6 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Experience with Scrum Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Field Service Consultant
- Ability to align product vision with organizational goals
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in managing projects end-to-end
- Clear, persuasive communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Co-define and prioritize product demands
- Align product demands with the organizational roadmap
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration for core solutions
- Organize the demand process to deliver business value
- Leverage iterative feedback cycles for improvement
- Build collaboration with BPOs and key leaders
- Take ownership of the Service product strategy
- Champion the target process and ensure smooth execution
- Organize sprint planning and resolve priority conflicts
- Motivate teams to meet project milestones
- Advocate for Salesforce standard features and reusable solutions
- Track KPIs and manage risks
- Resolve prioritization conflicts for product enhancements
- Foster innovation through AI tools
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Collaborate with the Comms, Change & Training Lead for onboarding
