Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Systems, or Business Engineering
- •12–15 years of relevant professional experience
- •4–6 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- •Experience with Scrum Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Field Service Consultant
- •Ability to align product vision with organizational goals
- •Strong interpersonal skills
- •Proven track record in managing projects end-to-end
- •Clear, persuasive communication skills in English

- •Co-define and prioritize product demands
- •Align product demands with the organizational roadmap
- •Facilitate stakeholder collaboration for core solutions
- •Organize the demand process to deliver business value
- •Leverage iterative feedback cycles for improvement
- •Build collaboration with BPOs and key leaders
- •Take ownership of the Service product strategy
- •Champion the target process and ensure smooth execution
- •Organize sprint planning and resolve priority conflicts
- •Motivate teams to meet project milestones
- •Advocate for Salesforce standard features and reusable solutions
- •Track KPIs and manage risks
- •Resolve prioritization conflicts for product enhancements
- •Foster innovation through AI tools
- •Manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance standards
- •Collaborate with the Comms, Change & Training Lead for onboarding
