- Manage projects according to the ABB R&D gate model
- Report project progress using tools like NORRD and Planisware
- Ensure timely project completion within targeted costs
- Coordinate with customer pilot projects and modernization initiatives
- Contribute to technical analysis and decision-making in modernization projects
- Perform project peer reviews and design verifications
- Ensure documentation complies with established processes
