Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Life Sciences with experience in genomics research or clinical laboratory work
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communication is a plus
- Professional experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Several years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience working in multicultural and global environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ACT, Goldmine)
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and cross-functional departments
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage client needs
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- Clear and accurate communication, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates fairness, integrity, and confidentiality
- Aligns priorities with customer needs and expectations
- Willingness to travel and attend virtual meetings across time zones
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Aufgaben
- Support the Sales Operations Team
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for lead generation
- Manage customer lead data in Salesforce
- Handle daily pricing requests
- Coordinate and complete RFPs
- Gather information for proposals
- Create and submit proposals
- Prepare sales presentations
- Maintain reporting tools like spreadsheets and graphs
- Analyze potential and existing clients
- Maintain proposal content and Q&A databases
- Review proposal databases with SMEs and internal teams
- Provide accurate proposal information to sales teams
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecast data
- Oversee client databases and contract management
- Manage multiple client projects with high-quality service
- Organize sales meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure proposals meet quality standards and deadlines
