- Reinforce sales process with the sales team
- Implement account development plans and strategies
- Promote and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate collaboration between marketing and sales teams
- Lead the Medtronic account team for assigned accounts
- Achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify opportunities with experienced territory managers
- Support and enable other sales representatives
- Operate in complex stakeholder environments
- Proactively identify and drive new opportunities
