Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years proven success in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong track record in Swiss market, preferably Financial Services (other regulated industries welcome)
  • Expertise in value-based selling and compelling business case building
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, data-driven pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies
  • Existing network within Swiss financial services
  • Understanding of Swiss market regulations and analytics-driven initiatives

  • Ensure data integrity throughout the sales process.
  • Share competitive intelligence with teams.
  • Share customer feedback with teams.
  • Refine product offerings.
  • Refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Promote solutions at industry events.
  • Promote solutions within partner networks.
