Anforderungen
- 3-5 years experience in target-oriented sales position
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience in complex sales environment
- Experience addressing executive-level leaders regarding change
- Experience managing monthly/annual pipeline and creating precise forecasts
- Proven overachievement of monthly and annual targets
- Trained/certified in standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler)
- In-depth understanding of business growth and confident executive consulting on growth strategies
- Interest in business and technology
- Growth-oriented mindset and habit of seeking feedback for development
- Assumption of additional responsibility in team environment (e.g., coaching, mentoring, team projects)
Aufgaben
- Develop and manage regional business plans (annual, quarterly, monthly)
- Acquire new prospects through inbound and self-generated leads
- Conduct qualification calls with executive and department leaders
- Close new business and renewals, meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
- Sell to stakeholders via internal champions
- Sell directly to executive management
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT to evolve sales strategy for new features and products
- Conduct online or on-site product demonstrations
