- Consult with stakeholders to define selling strategies
- Optimize regional profitability through strategic prioritization
- Track sales performance using territory levers and KPIs
- Generate business insights to identify new opportunities
- Improve customer segmentation with marketing and sales
- Ensure execution of segment priorities and messaging
- Implement strategic project management across various systems
- Support the design and rollout of Veeva CRM
- Conduct CRM testing and user training
- Drive improvements in BI sales tools and dashboards
- Develop next-best-action models for the sales force
- Maintain deep market understanding and industry insight
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategic priorities
- Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements
