- Drive sales excellence and profitability improvement
- Achieve margin expansion and forecast accuracy
- Ensure compliance with quality system requirements
- Lead Commercial Excellence tools and MyDASH implementation
- Support Sales Cadence Process adoption and best practices
- Coordinate in-Region activities and stakeholder alignment
- Advocate for and maintain area tools
- Capture and prioritize tool investment needs
- Champion Commercial Excellence through learning and coaching
- Support area-level business planning and execution
- Ensure alignment and integration of commercial activities
- Drive Area Monthly IBP Commercial Management Processes
- Establish and maintain ‘One set of numbers’
- Report on business and market dynamics changes
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Communicate and close key decisions and action items
- Standardize and improve business processes
- Identify and address process or learning gaps
- Establish metrics for monitoring and execution
- Apply continuous improvement processes
- Support and mentor Commercial Operations Excellence Managers
- Measure success by area sales, margin, and EP goals
- Monitor MyDASH effectiveness and pipeline transparency
- Track acquisition and value expansion win rates
- Evaluate integration and value creation achievement
- Ensure IBP forecast accuracy
