- •Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, business school, or related field
- •Proven experience of at least 10+ years in a similar role
- •Practical experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- •Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational/planning skills
- •Hands-on mentality with empathy, attention to detail, and integrity
- •Fluency in English; additional language fluency is a plus
