- Familiarity with natural gas, hydrogen, and biofuels markets
- 3-5 years proven success in sales or project management
- Consultative selling, driving results, and turning opportunities into wins
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English, proficient German, other languages advantageous
- Customer relationship management tools experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office and modern business tools
- Resilient, hands-on team player with proactive mindset

- Collaborate with engineering to deliver advanced compression solutions
- Identify growth opportunities and create value-driven proposals
- Develop accurate budgets using project insights
- Manage communication with sub-vendors
- Prepare clear and compelling technical and commercial proposals
- Define project scope and terms
- Engage in negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Continuously improve processes and develop smart tools
- Champion cost optimization for a sustainable environment
