- University degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years sales experience
- Experience in document management industry
- Proven track record of direct sales
- Consistent meeting or exceeding of quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Above-average computer and demonstration skills
- Ability to analyze business processes
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Fluency in English
- Willingness and ability to travel
Aufgaben
- Promote DocuWare software sales through authorized resellers
- Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross profit quotas
- Utilize solution selling and Spin methodology
- Promote advanced sales techniques within the partner channel
- Develop business opportunities through authorized partners
- Implement marketing plans to drive revenue
- Collaborate with sales and professional services teams
- Identify new business opportunities for annual growth
- Qualify prospects and evaluate customer needs
- Provide pre-sales consulting and closing support
- Train partners on effective closing techniques
- Conduct sales workshops for the dealer channel
- Deliver end-user seminars and closing presentations
- Maintain and analyze territory records
- Organize and execute strategic territory plans
- Measure and report on territory results
- Report directly to the Senior Sales Director
- Provide written and oral activity updates to management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Upload reports and perform requested administrative activities
- Balance sales efforts with technical responsibilities
