In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of S2P systems by optimizing workflows, resolving issues, and collaborating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve enhancing system functionality, supporting audits, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• •Substantial experience in S2P systems support or operations, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment
• •Proficiency in SAP (MM, FI) and VIM; knowledge of Coupa or Oracle is a plus
• •Familiarity with procurement and finance compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
• •Fluency in Business English at least B2 level
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and optimize S2P systems (SAP, VIM)
• •Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and system parameters
• •Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues
• •Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• •Prepare system documentation for audit processes
• •Identify inefficiencies in the S2P system and propose solutions
• •Collaborate with automation teams to implement RPA and OCR technologies
• •Monitor and analyze KPIs like invoice cycle time and exception rates
• •Document new processes and update training materials for change initiatives
• •Work with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams on system improvements
• •Gather user feedback to refine system functionality
• •Act as a liaison for system-related topics among departments
• •Provide training and support to end-users on S2P tools
• •Manage system-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution
