Anforderungen
- Higher education in Finance, Business, or related field
- 4-7 years of risk management, internal control, or operational risk experience in Swiss/Luxembourg management company, fund administration, audit, or asset management
- Working knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment (FINMA, CISA/CollIA, FinSA/FinIA, AMAS); awareness of UCITS/AIFMD and CSSF requirements is advantageous
- Experience with Python (pandas, datetime), database (sqlalchemy, pyodbc), Excel (openpyxl, xlsxwriter, xlwings), matplotlib, seaborn
- Independent, structured, hands-on approach; comfortable challenging first-line assumptions; experience in design and automation of controls, KRI calculations and reporting, improving data quality, traceability, and process efficiency
- Strong work ethics, integrity, high accountability, and willingness to take responsibility
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Manage the management-company risk framework
- Act as the second line of defense
- Define and improve controls
- Automate controls and reporting
- Raise quality and efficiency of the function
- Maintain and develop the Internal Control System
- Ensure first-line controls are performed, evidenced, and remediated
- Manage operational risk end-to-end
- Run the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Produce ManCo risk reporting to committees and Board
- Produce monthly KRI reporting to Group Risk Management
- Maintain Business Continuity Management and Plan
- Conduct Business Continuity Plan trainings and checks
- Act as deputy for Fund Risk Oversight function
- Co-own PRIIP KID coordination and maintenance
- Identify control and data-management improvements
- Support units with technical skills to improve processes
- Support units with technical skills to improve controls
