Anforderungen
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Swiss qualification (e.g., Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen) is a strong plus
- 5–8 years hands-on accounting experience
- Ideally in Swiss SMEs (production, wholesale, retail, agriculture)
- International/multi-entity exposure preferred
- Solid command of Swiss GAAP
- Solid command of Swiss Code of Obligations
- Working knowledge of Swiss VAT (incl. import/export mechanics)
- Working knowledge of payroll-related social insurances
- Strong ERP proficiency
- Odoo experience is a significant advantage
- Advanced Excel skills expected
- Fluent English (required)
- Fluent German (required)

Aufgaben
- Run day-to-day accounting for Swiss entities
- Drive monthly financial close
- Support CFO on reporting, audit, and compliance
- Own general ledger for Swiss entity
- Perform bank, POS, and card-settlement reconciliations
- Clear open items monthly
- Maintain clean, documented journal entries
- Support liquidity management
- Monitor cash flow
- Plan payments
- Forecast short-term liquidity
- Contribute to annual budgeting
- Track performance against budget
- Book monthly payroll
- Reconcile social insurance, pension, accident, and sickness insurance
- Reconcile withholding tax positions
- Coordinate payroll data flows
- Drive month-end close to fixed timetable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare management reporting and variance analysis
- Support intercompany reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly Swiss VAT returns
- Support VAT positions in cross-border and export flows
- Support corporate tax filings
- Coordinate with external fiduciary and tax advisors
- Stay current on Swiss accounting and tax developments
- Act as primary contact for external auditors
- Prepare complete, accurate documentation packages
- Strengthen internal controls
- Implement improvements in financial/accounting workflows
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams
