Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analysis experience
  • Managing HubSpot CRM lead & sales pipeline and GTM reporting
  • Data-analysis skills and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Analyze funnel performance and pipeline quality
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across GTM teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with won-to-cash and ERP process optimization
  • Experience with cross-platform data integrations, including Jitterbit Middleware
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms

Aufgaben

  • Manage the end-to-end lead and sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and deal progression
  • Partner with Sales to validate pipeline health
  • Maintain an accurate view of forecastable revenue
  • Identify and report on churn risk for leadership
  • Prepare monthly GTM reporting for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive leadership
  • Track pipeline performance, renewals, and erosion risk
  • Support ARR planning and revenue forecasting
  • Drive CRM governance and stage progression standards
  • Manage deal qualification processes
  • Assess pipeline progression and implement improvements
  • Own GTM KPIs and commission reporting
  • Support target setting and performance tracking for Sales and Customer Success
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Support technology implementation initiatives
  • Support data integrity initiatives
  • Support system integration initiatives
  • Support Sales Controlling initiatives by driving process improvements
  • Support Order Management initiatives by driving process improvements
  • Analyze data from various sources and platforms
  • Ensure strong data hygiene
  • Ensure reliable reporting
  • Ensure clear cross-department visibility
