- Facilitate the development of a commercial plan
- Oversee execution of the commercial plan
- Measure performance against goals
- Identify and implement strategies for performance improvement
- Partner with finance, innovation, and marketing teams
- Allocate Trade spend and A&P for growth drivers
- Serve as an expert in price and promotion strategies
- Establish pack and price architecture for trade channels
- Identify revenue and margin expansion opportunities
- Set executional standards with commercial directors
- Champion a revenue management culture within Diageo DACH
