Revenue Enablement Manager(m/w/x)
Operational execution of enablement programs for Sales/CS teams, adapting global assets for local markets at an AI/Voice-First software company for artisans. 2-3+ years in Revenue Enablement or similar GTM roles in B2B SaaS environment required. 30 vacation days, AI-enabled tools.
Anforderungen
- 2-3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, CS Enablement or similar GTM roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong training and facilitation skills
- Experience building or running onboarding programs and continuous enablement formats for Sales or CS teams
- Solid understanding of core sales and customer success processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Excellent written communication skills
- High ownership mindset with strong organisational skills
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales and CS leadership
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced GTM environment
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
- Understanding construction market dynamics or experience with field-service customer groups
- Experience enabling multi-market GTM teams or localising content
- Additional languages beyond German and English
Aufgaben
- Own the operational execution of enablement programs
- Ensure Sales and CS teams receive timely training and playbooks
- Maintain and improve onboarding journeys for Sales and CS
- Translate global enablement strategy into training programs
- Adapt global enablement assets to local markets
- Create and refine enablement content, including talk tracks and templates
- Operate and enhance the GTM enablement hub for easy access to content
- Deliver engaging enablement sessions for GTM teams
- Collect feedback from Sales, CS, and Marketing for improvements
- Support GTM leaders with enablement insights and recommendations
- Execute AI-based enablement workflows for daily support
- Document and scale successful practices from top-performing reps
- Ensure alignment between global standards and regional execution
