Aufgaben
- Monitor and analyze student revenue and enrollment trends
- Maintain and update the revenue monitoring system
- Lead monthly revenue closing and reconciliation
- Analyze financial results and provide variance insights
- Produce monthly financial reports for management
- Participate in revenue budget and forecast processes
- Conduct financial analyses for strategic initiatives
- Prepare accreditation reports
- Monitor billing activities and receivables
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Produce reports on billing and collections
- Analyze payment trends and identify risks
- Manage student payment plans
- Process billing adjustments and credit notes
- Record and reconcile student payments
- Manage student refund process
- Review scholarship documentation
- Track financial interactions with students and sponsors
- Act as a contact between departments
- Liaise with students, parents, and sponsors
- Communicate student financial account status
- Maintain financial workflows in Microsoft Dynamics
- Ensure correct chart of accounts usage
- Improve financial reporting tools and billing processes
- Train finance team members
