- Manage and develop a team of 3 marketing specialists.
- Link Retail, Brand, Sales, and global teams.
- Ensure initiatives support brand visibility.
- Ensure initiatives support commercial performance.
- Develop and execute the European retail marketing calendar.
- Align calendar with brand campaigns and priorities.
- Translate high-level initiatives into retail activations.
- Ensure consistent omnichannel approach across all retail formats.
- Support new store openings and major retail projects.
- Collaborate with teams for strong retail visibility.
- Ensure impactful launch activations.
- Develop scalable retail concepts.
- Collaborate with global retail and brand teams.
- Represent European retail network needs.
- Work with European business leaders.
- Ensure marketing initiatives support retail performance.
- Facilitate information sharing, best practices, and synergies.
- Provide clear direction and priorities.
- Prioritize projects and allocate resources.
- Oversee the European retail marketing budget.
- Evaluate marketing investments.
- Negotiate with partners.
- Ensure measurable impact of marketing spend.
