- Ensure brand-consistent candidate experiences
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Participate in employee onboarding programs
- Collect and analyze recruitment KPIs
- Draft and publish job postings
- Monitor postings on Workday and other channels
- Manage the Workday candidate pipeline
- Ensure data accuracy and policy compliance
- Monitor retail team performance
- Define action plans for team development
